Order Acceptance
Our acceptance of your order(s) is subject to the Terms & Conditions as posted on this Web Site. Any variation of these Terms and Conditions without the expressed written consent of Argrov Box is prohibited.
Prices, Products & Specifications
Sometimes prices, products or specifications change without notice due to circumstances beyond our control. Whenever possible, we will make an attempt to post a notice of any known or pending price increases or changes involving a specific product(s). We reserve the right to invoice products at prevailing prices at the time of purchase or shipment.
Minimum Order
One bundle/case of any item that we carry. No monetary minimum.
Order Availability
Orders received by 3 p.m. EST/EDT on weekdays will be shipped the same day, provided we have sufficient product inventory to ship your complete order or with your approval, a partial order with the remainder sent at a later date.
Handling Fee
For shipments and deliveries. We charge $3.00 per order to cover the cost of labor and materials to prepare your order for shipment or delivery. Small pickup orders are exempt from this charge.
Credit Terms
We accept most major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa and American Express. We also ship C.O.D. (limited to small orders). Open credit terms are net 15 days and are based on prior credit approval. A finance charge of 1 1/2 % per month (but not more than the amount permitted by law) will be assessed to past due balances. Ohio Sales Tax
Applies to Ohio customers only. We will charge Ohio sales tax unless we have a tax exemption form on file.
Shipping Terms
F.O.B. point of origin. Title, risk of loss and damage during transit pass to the customer upon delivery to or receipt by carrier. Unless specified otherwise by you, we will select the most economical and expedient method of shipment. To help offset your shipping costs, we pass on to you our negotiated motor freight discounts. UPS and courier charges are prepaid and will be billed to you. Payment of any special routing or special handling charges, including but not limited to, oversize packages, residential and inside deliveries, will be your responsibility.
Order Cancellations
We accept order cancellations by telephone only during our normal business hours (EST. or EDT). Orders cancelled after being "pulled" and prepared for shipment are charged a 15% restocking fee. In addition, we have a 24-hour business day limit to cancel custom or "special order" items. Failure to do so, could result in you being charged for any incurred costs by us. Deposits on custom or "special order" items will be forfeited if cancelled after materials have been ordered or if payment or credit issues prevent delivery.

We will honor most returns if completed within 60 days of purchase. The exceptions being products damaged during return shipment, custom items, discontinued items and large quantity orders*. Only unopened bundles/packages/cases will be accepted. Bundle quantities can be found on this Web Site or in our catalog. A 15% restocking charge will apply. Procedure: Contact us for an authorization number prior to returning any products. Upon inspecting the returned products, we will determine the amount of credit or refund. if we make a mistake by shipping the wrong product or quantity, we will assume complete responsibility, including all shipping costs, to rectify the situation to your complete satisfaction.
Incorrect orders placed by you or by a representative of your company are your responsibility. We will work with you to correct the error(s) in an attempt to prevent future mistakes and to get the correct replacement order to you as quickly as possible.
*Can be one size or multiple sizes.

Samples
Box samples are available on a selected basis. Not all boxes qualify in our sample program. Samples of corrugated boxes that measure 75 inches or less (L+W+D = 75") are available free except for shipping. Limit one (1). Shipping charge is $5.00. Samples of larger boxes will be charged on a per item basis plus shipping costs. Payment is by credit card only.
Credit Balances
Credit balances will remain in effect for a period of one year from the date of credit. All customers with a credit or debit balance will receive monthly statements. If a credit remains unused or unclaimed within the required timeframe, the balance will be cancelled and Argrov Box shall have no further liability.
Product Warranties
ONLY WARRANTIES ISSUED BY THE MANUFACTURERS OF THE PRODUCTS THAT WE CARRY ARE AVAILABLE TO YOU, THE BUYER, TO THE EXTENT SUCH ARE TRANSFERABLE. WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR CLAIMS (EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED) ABOUT THE PRODUCTS THAT WE DO NOT MANUFACTURE. IN ADDITION, ARGROV BOX CO., AS THE SELLER, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSS OR EXPENSE RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY ONE OF OUR PRODUCTS FOR ANY PURPOSE WHATSOEVER. ARGROV BOX CO. WARRANTS THAT THE PRODUCTS IT MANUFACTURERS WILL CONFORM TO WRITTEN SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PRODUCT AND DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Liability Limitations
WE DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR LOST PROFITS, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. THE AMOUNT OF ARGROV BOX CO.S LIABILITY IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE LIMITED TO AND SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR ITEMS IN QUESTION. ALSO, ARGROV BOX CO. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY WRITTEN, STATED OR IMPLIED ERRORS OR OMISSIONS OF ITS POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
Disputes
Any written or implied purchase agreement between Argrov Box and a buyer shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Ohio without regard to conflicts of laws and principles thereof. In the event of any dispute regarding the purchase agreement or any other related circumstance, the buyer agrees to the jurisdiction and venue of the Common Pleas Court of Butler County, Ohio and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio with respect to such matters. The buyer also consents to service of process by United States mail at the buyer's billing address and any objection to said venue is waived.
