An all steel dispenser with a steel cut off blade. Choose from three styles ­ horizontal cutter (table top), vertical cutter (with casters) and a double deck cutter. Cuts rolls of industrial grade paper smoothly and cleanly. The horizontal Paper Roll Cutter can accommodate up to eight roll widths.
